Allow Instructors or CX to Edit Role Assignment in a Live Session — Instructors and CX users can now edit participant role assignments directly from the group management modal while a session is live but only while participants are still on the first slide. Once participants advance past slide 1, role changes are locked and a warning banner is shown. A confirmation modal is shown before any live role change is applied. The "Save Changes" and "Auto Fix Role Issues" buttons are also now accessible during this window.
