Students can now navigate into a future-dated assignment and self-organize — Participants scheduling a room, editing group name/time, joining, and leaving before the assignment officially opens. Course materials and the pre-quiz remain locked until the assignment opens.
Removed 6-Month Section Date Window in Platform and LTI — The 6-month hard cap on section start/end date windows has been removed. Instructors can now set section end dates more than 6 months after the start date without errors or truncation. The LTI section configuration flow is unaffected, and the existing soft warning for sections under 2 months remains in place.
